Attachment section missing in Titles preference

    I have 3 WordPress blogs. The newer 2 both have a section for Attachment in the Title preference under Singular pages but the first of the blogs does not. They are all running the exact same version of WordPress and WordPress SEO.

    Has anyone else seen this issue or know why it may not be displaying for the one site?
