   yes, all of that is set up correctly. We've been using this Plugin for awhile. What do you think the issue is?

   I had the same problem. I changed chmods to 777 and I defined directory in wp-config.php for uploaded files and even though the files don't go to that directory they are attached in mail.

   Hi every one i have same problem. Mail is going on well but attachment is not going with mail. I configured File attachments: http://www.lifeinsurance-compare.com.au/wp-content/uploads/and file direcoty/ under setting. But still not working....

   I have unfortunately the same problem since I installed the version 3.5.1 ;o(
