Attachment Display Setting – Dropdown empty

    Hi,

    When I ‘Insert Media’ into a post I would like to resize the uploaded image using the Attachment Display Setting dropdown to choose a suitable size. Unfortunately this only ever displays the option ‘full size’. ‘Thumbnail’, ‘medium’ and ‘full size’ are all defined in the media settings.

    How do I get these other size options to show in the dropdown?
