    There's already one at have wp-atom.php generate Atom 1.0 but it's very incomplete. It does not create the CATEGORY element , PUBLISHED one and LINK rel="self" one.
    I have up uploaded mine at http://511.dabomb.com.ar/testcase/atom1.0/atom-source.txt
