Aternative to GWPG3? Broken admin pages, no options on setup page

I am on WP 3.3.2 and just installed GPWG3, I am having the broken admin pages issue, loading any admin page gives me:

and the options page only has 2 entries instead of what is shown in the screenshots. The only way to fix the admin page issue is to delete the plugin directory via FTP.

I found a post about a naming issue where the dev had forgotten to capitalise part of one of the filenames, the poster stated this fixed his options problem but I fixed that but still don’t have the options.

I can’t seem to find any way to contact the dev, his site has been spammed with porn links and there’s no method of contact… Does anyone know if this module is still being worked on? If not are there alternatives?
