I'm working with the Atahualpa theme, and am just starting to edit the basic page settings. My problem is every time I make a change to the theme and then refresh my page in a second tab the changes aren't showing up. Is it something wrong with my cookies? Is there some kind of a delay I can turn off?
Has anyone else had this problem?
Are you using any caching plugins?

Try looking in your dashboard's Plugins page

They create static copies of dynamic pages to reduce the load on servers.

Thanks - I found it and deactivated it. Do you recommend turning it back on once I've got my layout sorted out?
It depends. How much traffic does your site get? How much of your monthly bandwidth allowance is being consumed in an average month?
