   Quotation marks in my post titles display as numbers and symbols in the browser bar and seach engines. I assume this has to do with the Atahualpa SEO settings but can't get it figured out.

   Can anyone help me?

   PS - should I even be using the Atahualpa SEO or is it best to add a plugin?

   I have the Atahualpa theme, but I use the "All in One SEO Pac" plug-in. I have never had a problem with it.
