   I have instaled the currently latest Atahualpa theme - seems like a great one for a beginner like me.

   I have not added any widgets through wordpress.
   However, I have a Meta menu in my right sidebar.

   There appears to be no options under Atahualpa to remove this.
   I spotted in other older posts, people suggested manually removing it out of sidebar.php
   --> This does not exist under my Atahualpa theme folder.

   Please advise.

   when you put new widgets in the sidebar, the default one will go away I believe. If you don't want any, drop a blank text widget in there for now.
