I see where the images are stored for the header, and the rest of the blog (such as: wp-content/themes/atahualpa/images/header/). But how do I add and subtract the images? Sorry, I'm new to this type of thing, and trying to learn how to customize it. Thanks so much!

if you want to replace the images the easiest way is to create an image and name it the same as the one you are replacing
delete original and upload new one via ftp -
