Assistance with Formatting Shop Site

    On my page I am trying to get the Adverts to nicely sit in one row after the other however the box is stopping half way.
    How do I increase the box to the full width of the Page?
    There once was Price Tags on there and a Image Saying Sale, now its gone.

    How do I place the Title of the Product, Sale Image and Price of the Produt in the same row?
