   Hi Guys. In my network new sub sites are created in folders not sub sites, so they appeare like : domain.com/subsite1

   For some of them I created unique domains, e.g. subsite.com

   What is the best practice to link each sub site to the newly created domain?

   what are the settings I have to change / adjust ?

   Use a plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/

   Yes, it works with subfolders :)
