    Alright, This is going to be a little mission,

    What I'm looking to do is have a drop down box in a post screen which allows the user to pic out of three choices how big the post link appears on the menu

    basically i need a drop down field that lets you pick from known featured image sizes ( I have custom image sizes ) which then reflects in the loop

    Check the example http://bamsockpow.com/wp-content/uploads/example.jpg

    The Current loop runs like this

    <?php if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>

    	<div id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>" >
    	<div class="thumb">

    			<div id="project" <?php post_class(); ?>><?php the_post_thumbnail(thumbnail); ?></div>

    			<div class="overlay header excerpt">
    				<div class="excerpt project-excerpt"><?php //the_excerpt(); ?></div>
    				<div class="title project-title"><h2 class="title project-title"><?php the_title(); ?></h2></div>
    			</div>

    	</div>
    	</div>

    	<?php endwhile; ?>
    	<?php else : ?>
    	<?php endif; ?>

    It uses the featured image in the loop to display the thumbnail I need
