I am newbie using wordpress... I hope I will find answers on this question of min..
I want to have a blog for each person to keep a status of what went on during their shift. This way, I can easily check the status of their process as well as the status of tasks assigned to each person. Is there something to do with the calendar plugins?
Should all the blog posts be shown together? or do you want it such that each person's blog will have a separate URL?

If they don't mind, I would like to know how to do the two questions they ask.. It is just, that I really don't know where to start. Thank you in advance..

Ok, I understand.. what I want is to have a blog for each person with separate URL.. what should I do? Thank you again.
