They have every basic things you need to set up an e-store. I just need few hours to set up everything. I recommend you to play around using their themes to get a grip of how it works because their themes are specifically set up for woocommerce. Many are paid themes, but they have some free themes on their site.

That said, if you need full blown e-commerce site, I suggest you to look for another platform instead. It lacks options for more complicated e-store. If you search around, you may find some extensions for woocommerce that can help you, but you have to spend more money which is more than if you use another open source e-commerce platform.
