That issue reason can be your theme incompatibility. You need to copy templates from WP-Property templates folder to your theme folder and customize them if you need.
Or you can use WordPress default themes(TwentyTen, TwentyEleven) or our Denali premium theme.
Thanks Denys for your reply. There is, in my opinion, a change between the templates produced by artisteer 3 and artisteer 4. At the moment only the wp-property plugin does not work using artisteer 4. We will try some tests and then I notify this site.

amigoaldo please post back asap. Currently using Artisteer 3.x, but WAS considering upgrading to 4.0 Glad I stumbled upon this!
It seems to work.
There is a parameter in wp-property plugin “setting” |
Principal (General)| Styles and Scripts |Load default CSS.
If it is scored I get a messy theme layout.
If it is NOT scored the pages seems ok.
The initial value at the installation time is: scored.
