Artist community gallery-shop: HOW TO?

Hello all, I love WordPress and I installed the test version for trying if it can do what I need on http://www.artefatta.biz/wp
I whould like to ask you all an advice, as there are a lot of plugins, and as newbie I am just lost around trying them all.
Requirements for a site I wish to create are:
1. Users should register themselves and add their own images of real art – upload picture, choose options for stile and technique from dropdown menu,and set a price if they want to sell it (using their Paypal email).
2. All arts should be added to one general catalogue.
3. All users should be able to comment and rate arts.
4. There should be modules displaying last added more voted and random arts.
5. There should be limitation for adding arts to users portfolio as 2-3 a month, for add them without limitation they should subrscribe.. may be other group withowt limitations I am not sure how to do that.
6. Administrator should receive a percentage from sales.

Is it all possible???
