    I have a picture on cpadavidbrown.com on the About Me Page.

    In the backend I have it coded as:

    <img class="size-full wp-image-794 aligncenter" alt="david cropped" src="http://www.cpadavidbrown.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/david-cropped.jpg" width="240" height="275" data-id="794" />

    In the visual it is centered but if you view the webpage the picture goes straight to the left side>?

    Any Ideas?

    yes... I found the issue which is kind of quirky but in most cases doing a margin of "auto" should work. However, there is one thing I can do on the next update for the theme which is simple to do, but in the mean time, a solution for you is to add an inline style of display:block to your <img> like this:

    <img class="size-full wp-image-794 aligncenter" alt="david cropped" src="http://www.cpadavidbrown.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/david-cropped.jpg" width="240" height="275" data-id="794" style="display:block" />
