    How do I get rid of the arrows in a list? For instance, at the bottom of each post I have an option to Like on facbook, +1 on Google plus, Tweet to twitter, etc...Each one of these has a black arrow in front of it which I would like to remove

    Without seeing the site, no way to answer that.

    For example...look at the bottom of the page. Click on the More button to see more of what I mean

    Those are from a background image being set in this CSS:

    .hentry ul li i, .comment-text ul li i {
        background: url("http://146999999.com/wp-content/themes/montezuma/images/icons.png") no-repeat scroll -48px -84px transparent;
        display: inline-block;
        height: 12px;
        margin-left: -20px;
        margin-right: 10px;
        width: 12px;
    }

    Forgive my ignorance, but how can I disable that?

    Try removing the entire CSS -- it looks like you've already made changes to the CSS file?? (and actually moved it?) Generally, it's recommended to use a Child Theme for any changes to the theme files.

    I have exactly the same problem as shown by the link in the third post or on my site

    Maybe I've missed the solution?

    Hi NikPugh, you can discuss your problem on your own thread.
