Arras theme: same posts displayed 3 times on homepage

    Hi,
    Wondered if someone could help.

    I love the Arras Theme and am just going through the setup, however i have some dummy posts on my website (as it’s not yet launched) and have noticed that the same post is displayed on the homepage a total of 3 times:

    – once in the featured gallery
    – once underneath the featured gallery (i think this is called featured gallery 2)
    – and then again underneath within the normal categorized posts.

    Is there any way to stop this?

    Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

    I installed that theme on my site too, It looks great but

    WAIT till you start adding widgets to the side bar; sit back, lift your legs and see the BIG FAT MESS where some go at the bottom of the page when I am trying to put them in top, or the sidebar would go at the bottom of the page and extend across the whole page and so on…

    I loved the theme but it’s un-useble to me and no one at their forum would care to address the issue, I posted the issue four or five days ago, still nothing.

    What’s happening is that their in the same category that happens to used in all three sections. To change the categories used in those three sections, go to Arras Theme Options, Layout. There you can edit the categories that are used in Featured Slideshow, Featured Articles and News Articles. I hope this helps.
