   My website looks great in Chrome, Firefox. But awful in IE7.x.

   Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

   I'm using the latest Arras Theme 1.3.5.

   Hmmm.... I see the problem there. But no real solution :/ try opening the css of the theme with adobe dreamweaver (use the trial if needed). Dreamweaver can tell you what pieces of the code aren't compatible with some browser versions. It will also provide a solution.
