Hey Everyone -
Slowly making my way through the gauntlet that is WordPress....kicking myself for shortcutting all these years.
I have three little formatting issues I am having a problem resolving and can't seem to find any resolution via searches. Any help would be appreciated.

1) An easy one: where do I place the code for including a comment bullet image (the little dialogue box) before the comments link?
2) My sidebar seems to shove things too far to the right. I have fidgeted with the padding and margins, but it still seems to not center properly.
3) My footer....well I got it to sit at the bottom, but now it is running into some invisible wall instead of spanning the page.
Help?
