Recently WP has been giving me this JavaScript pop up message almost EVERY darn time:
"Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page.
Changes you have made will be lost"
The crazy part is that even if I have JUST updated it still
gives the message. Never used to happen.
Is it a WP thing or a Firefox thing?
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

Do you have TinyMCE Advanced plugin installed?
This plugin produces the exact problem you are suggesting every time you navigate away from a post, even if the post has been saved or no changes were ever made.

I have been having the problem, and yes I'm using TinyMCE Advanced plugin.
