Are you sure you want to do this? (conflict with W3 Total Cache?)

    Hi,

    I am having an error with the contact form. When someone uses the form and hits submit it comes up with a white screen that says “Are you sure you want to do this?”.

    This problem goes away when I disable W3 Total Cache.

    I would like to be able to have both plugins enabled.

    Can anyone help?

    You should be able to reactivate W3 Total Cache, and exclude your contact page from the cache in W3 Total Cache options:
    Page Cache > Never cache the following pages
