   I am new to TAGS and have been using them but I don't see them anywhere. I expected they would be below the article? Is something amiss?

   It depends on where you theme coded them in. You could possibly have a theme that does display tags.

   In there a widget that presents that TAG cloud I see in ADMIN TAGS?
   I could not find one that did it in that "size" form.

   If you use theme framework like genesis, thesis, headways, or platform.. then you have to edit the framework theme and not the child theme..

   example is my blog.. their is not tags below my blog posts ( meta post format ). I am on genesis.. just move to your genesis folder, then to your lib, then click structures folder, and select post, and then search for "genesis_post_meta", at line 261 you will see "$post_meta = '[post_categories] [post_tags]';". Just remove [post_tags] and you are done.

   You've got that the wrong way around. All of your editing should be on the child theme. And please stop posting links to your own site.

   I bay be wrong since ( I am of 17 )But.. If you want to remove the post meta from child theme( first of all you need to have good knowledge regarding this ) you should know how to use short codes and also how to implement them using php.

   But the step i have discussed above is very simple and will work with every child theme..

   Shortcodes? Do you mean template tags?

    no i don't mean the template tags.. those are short tags developed differently for different frameworks.. Nothing related to wordpress codex..

    Shortcodes are specific to a given framework, theme or plugin, so that's not a solution in all cases.

    That's what I told already.. and one more thing.. just see the above sentence by kicker : he says he use HEADWAY theme....

    so the answer is very simple.. headways is just drag and drop theme. He have open the leaf ( the visual editor ) and have to add the meta post below his posts. Or he may also visit their only member forum for more support. ( Sorry i don't have money to buy headways theme )..

    Actually, he must use Headway's support for help with this Theme. We cannot provide Theme-specific support for commercial Themes.

    No I am not telling him to visit wordpress forum, but to visit headways forum, which is only for members.
