   I can't find an answer to this through my searches, so please forgive me if this has been addressed already.

   I am having an issue with pagination of my archives. Specifically, if you go to http://just-me-blog.net/archives/category/musings it only shows my last 5 posts in that category with a "Next Page" link at the bottom. But when you click the link, this error message shows "Sorry no posts match your criteria." (with current theme) or a 404 error (with the default theme). I've attempted to resolve the issue myself, but admit I don't know enough to do so.

   Just a note, that pagination works outside of archives. So that if you visit my main page (http://just-me-blog.net), it only shows the last 5 posts as well, but the Next Page link does work correctly.

   Could anyone offer me some help on how to correct this? Thanks in advance for any and all help. :)

   Where do you get from that "archives" in the catgeory permalinks? WHat do you have in the Category base in your Options > Permalinks settings?

   I don't understand your first question. But my Category base under the Options>Permalinks settings is blank.

   FYI: My Permalink structure is as follows:
   /archives/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%post_id%/

   I think I got it working... I followed the information found here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks under "Paged Navigation Doesn't Work" toward the bottom (involving the .htaccess file) and it seems to have corrected the problem.

   I wish I could have found that yesterday while I was looking, but I didn't think to search under Permalink for this particular issue.
