   hi ..

   can I know why is Arabic keyboard doesn't woke ..

   when I post something like : " مرحباً بكم " I got this massage " ???? ??? "

   set the encoding properly. UTF8 things. I don't know the correct one for Arabic. If that still doesn't work, then start a revolution. Hey, Just kidding . . .

   but please how can I change the encoding ?
   is that from notepad++

   can you give me the steps ?
   should I change it for all files' theme ?

   check the wp-config.php file find the lines

   /** Database Charset to use in creating database tables. */
   define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
