Appropriate place to advertise for an intern with WordPress skills?

I’m involved with an online magazine, and we’d like to advertise for a technical intern with strong PHP and WordPress skills.

Is there an appropriate place to do that in these forums?

And if not, are there some online sites or listservs that would be recommended? We need someone who can do things like customize or write plugins and functions, develop templates, as well as general PHP programming…
