Cyclone Slider
applying css styles to custom html slide contents (1 post)

    I have a slideshow of custom html slides, just simple <p>'s <h1>'s etc and I am trying to style the fonts in this content.

    I have created my own template and am able to style the background colour etc but whichever bit of the css I try to hook onto I do not seem to be able to effect the fonts.

    By using...

    .cycloneslider-template-default .cycloneslider-slide-custom{
    	min-height: 100%;
    	background-color: #261C12;
        border-bottom: 3px solid #422C18;
        border-top: 1px solid #422C18;

    ...I am able to change the background etc but when I try to put text-align and font sizes here they do not take. I've tried a few other little things like putting a class on my content as I add it the slides and trying to hook onto that, but no joy.

    Has anyone got any ideas how I might achieve this please? What am I missing? When I inspect with firebug it seems to me that what I have done above should work.

    I can't really upload a link because the site is not live

    Any suggestions at all would be welcome
