• Hello,

    I’m having trouble applying a 1px border to an image. I thought you were able to do this in the Advanced Settings of the image editor, as seen here:

    screen grab

    But when I save my changes, nothing happens and the settings aren’t kept.

    Clearly I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t seem to find the answer on the forum.

    Thanks in advance for any clues.

    Moose

  • Could be as simple as making sure you press the update button at the bottom of the popup after changing the settings. Once you make sure you have press update in the advanced image setting make sure you press update for the post as well..

    I have had my moments lol.. Could be something little

    I’ve tried that a few times because often, that’s exactly the kind of thing I miss. But pressing “update” doesn’t apply the style of even retain the style I enter into the box.

    Just to make sure you are pressing an update button twice right? Don’t want to insult anyone lol

    I don’t see how it would effect anything but it is possible that there is CSS conflicting with it possibly.

    Also try placing the css directly using the html editor

    <img src="imgeurl" style="border:1px solid #000;"/>

    Yeah, inline is what I ended up doing to get it to work. It’d be nice if the interface worked, tho.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

    Is it somehow possible to refer to a class in the Style field? I made a new class in the theme’s default stylesheet, but it seems the so-called “Advanced image settings”-menu does’t do anything. It even deletes the reference after reload.

    Any clues?

    Thanks!
