Support » Plugin: WP Float » Appears in Center Before Full Load

    Hello folks,

Just added the plugin and it’s great, but I’m having a strange issue. I’ve set up where I want the floated image (the ‘Sonic Collectors’ logo) to appear, however when the page is loading in the browser the logo appears briefly in the centre of the page before snapping to it’s correct location once the page fully loads.

While I guess it’s not a HUGE issue, it does look a little sloppy. Is there any way to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi JoeMD – I tested your site in a few browsers and am not seeing this issue…is it still happening?

On a side note, how on earth did you get this plugin to make your logo stay on the upper left of the website without scrolling along with the page?! I just made a post on the forum requesting this feature! I really need to get that done for my site.

    Thanks

    Hey pixelrage,

Sorry, I’m not using the plugin anymore. I couldn’t get what I wanted it to do so I used another avenue. Forgot to mark this thread as resolved.

Could you please let me know where you found a solution? I still can’t figure out how to overlap a logo over the WordPress menu…tried everything!

    Sure, check out THIS thread.

    Hello,
I have same issue. Then page is loading wp float box appears in the center and then sticks to its position. I believe stylesheet is loading after the plugin loads. Any ideas how to fix it ?
