My widget appearance page is missing the right half of the page, which allows me to edit, move, or delete existing widgets. I can only add new widgets. I've even updated to wordpress 3.2.1, and that page is incomplete and won't allow me to go in and see or edit my feedburner widget, which doesn't have the email enabled.
