Appearance > Menus suddenly missing.

    Not sure what just happened, but I installed 3.1.2 a few days ago and suddenly the link to Appearance > Menus is missing. I have themes, widgets, and editor. No menu. I haven’t installed any add-ins.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
