Just curious what people think of my latest creation. It's not completely done as my client is still working on content, some graphics need to be created, but this jist of it is here:

not wp, just a splash page with an incredibly hard to read logo and a link that sets a cookie
I would remove the Splash screen. Never like them. The WP theme behind it (there is one) is not to my taste. Too hosting company/hardware store like. Would use different colors. Would rename archives and maybe categories as well and give the links there a different color. And the logo? Well, can't read it.. Maybe you could add an icon to it...

Yeah, Splash Pages are getting a little passe. And yeah, the theme is wrong (Rhand, I seem to be stalking you!).
The colors are not so bad together, pink and gray. It's the layout. Header Navigation is all wrong.
Thanks for the feedback guys. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of say in the logo or the look and feel. They said "design something like this" and they are happy with it so I guess that's the most important thing: client happiness.
Good thoughts though!
