App Detail Page Status: Unsubmitted?

    In creating the facebook app in “App Details” when I save it, it says: “App Detail Page Status: Unsubmitted” and it lists the missing information below. Are these things I need to enter? And if so would the privacy policy, web banner etc be from my website? Or something else, very confusing

    Missing Information
    Your submission is missing data in the following fields:
    Privacy Policy URL
    Image: Web Banner
    Image: Small Mobile Banner
    Image: Medium Mobile Banner
    Image: Large Mobile Banner
    Image: Cover Image
    You must upload at least 3 screenshots for Mobile Web
