The RSS Widget that comes with WP turns and ' into a ? in both FF and IE. The feed is being output correctly (http://www.savethecolors.com/feed) so I am thinking it is in the widget reader code itself. I replaced the rss.php file with the one in the plugin - found that as I was going thru the files.
I would appreciate someone taking a look.
