Hi, the apostrophes on a custom page I made are showing up as strange code. Although I found this video that tells you what to do when this happens:

I'm not sure exactly where to put it as I already have code that starts off the same way.

Code Advised:

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8" />
</head>

Code Already There:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type"
content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">

Anyone know how to solve it please?

I'm using the Deep-Silent theme.
