   Since we upgraded to 3.3, some apostrophes (and other such characters) are now displaying as:

   ’

   Having looked through other threads this appears to be an encoding issue. However I have tried numerous charsets in the header but can't get all to display correctly as they did previously.

   I know that the issue is related to people copying/pasting non-standard apostrophes into the wordpress editor, but like I say they did all work fine previously so it would be great to be able to figure out what has changed and revert.
