I got a linkback on a movie review post I posted yesterday. I went to the site to check it out, and it was my post, word-for-word, with bogus tags and linkbacks. It sourced my url, but didn't give me credit. Upon scrolling through the site, I noticed that every single post on that site was someone else's, word-for-word. Is there anyway to report this spammer site to WP for doing this to people??

    here's the site:

You can try to contact them directly and sometimes they stop scraping from you. Of course they may continue to copy from others.

One thing you can do is head over to whois.net to find the hosting provider and report them. That may shut them down until they find another host.

I personally do not apply any preventive measures to technically stop this.

wordpress.org distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. Have a look at this article on the subject of copyright theft.
