   no offense but no thanks :) and just a heads up.. anyone thats skilled enough to do theme work doesnt really need hosting. (just a friendly observation)

   youre certainly able to ask but dont expect many bites, if any. 5.00 isnt enough for me to download the file and look inside, for instance. I dont know how you value your time .. but ..

   Is this for real? I mean I could do it for free if you take care of my taxes. ;)

   Seriously now, no one in their right mind would convert HTML to a WordPress template for free unless they intend to submit it themselves to the repository.
