• I asked Magic Members to let me know of any film websites that use their plugins but they said they can’t do this because of their privacy policy

I have an adult film website based on WordPress and have bought Magic Members and Magic Kicker. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has an adult film website and uses these plug ins.

Whilst Magic Members do answer questions I find that it doesn’t make up for the lack of a forum to discuss things in or the resulting lack of feedback from disinterested third parties?

For instance I only discovered that you can’t use Magic Members with CCBill’s affiliate program after I had bought it. Whilst Magic Members do have an affiliate plugin, it appears that you need to subscribe to a mail program if you want to use this

Also I didn’t discover until after I bought magic members that if you want support (and updates) you have to pay an annual fee for each magic plugin you have bought.

I don’t know whether anyone is successfully using magic members for a members film website, so if someone is doing so I’d be interested in hearing from them? Because as I said Magic Members can’t give me feedback on this because of their privacy policy

  • We are using Magic Members with eWay payment gateway for 3 months. Magic Members failing to update some members and their credit card charged by eWay. When they can not login they try to renew the account and Magic Members billing them for the second time. Magic Members tech support pretending to be trying to resolve this. But after three months we still have customers calling in and their accounts Magic Members failed to update their accounts while eWay billed their credit cards. I do not recommend Magic Members for paid services.
