Anyone recommend a 100% Width slider

    I’ve got a 100% wide (browser width) div that I need to run a jQuery slider in. I haven’t had any luck finding one that I can easily modify to use a custom post type’s featured image. I’d prefer a WordPress plugin, but I don’t have any problems manually installing and configuring. It’s just that everyone that I’ve found requires a fixed pixel width. Can anybody recommend one?
