Anyone recognize CONVERT(`ID` USING utf8) LIKE '%cialis% in a hack? (2 posts)

My blog has been hacked. At first it just meant that commenters were linked to a page of viagra/cialis type stuff. Then it prevented me from saving edits, and in fact the blog URL now gives a blank screen.

On phpmyadmin (where I am a total newbie), I ran a search on "cialis" (which has never been mentioned in posts/comments), and it has found 1 match in wp-comments and 392 matches in wp-posts. When I click edit I get lots of stuff including this kind of thing:

    (CONVERT(ID USING utf8) LIKE '%cialis%' OR CONVERT(post_author USING utf8) LIKE '%cialis%' OR CONVERT(post_date USING utf8) LIKE '%cialis%' OR CONVERT(post_date_gmt USING utf8)

Is this familiar, and does it suggest a particular course of action?

    Thanks
