This morning I checked my site and the titles of all my posts were changed to spam phrases about tramadol and cialis, and a bunch of links to pill spam sites were appended to the end of my posts (see http://screencast.com/t/NGNlZTYzNmEt ). When I cleared my cache (I use W3 Total Cache), the titles were gone. Has anyone seen this before and figured out what it was?

I know all of the above, thanks. I'm merely trying to figure out if a particular plugin was exploited.

mobius1ski: Which version of WordPress are you using?
We saw that on installations with WP < 2.9 lately. Also, even if you are now updated, your site might have been compromised before and the attackers left a backdoor hanging in there..
I've seen similar hack when hackers managed to modify the functions.php file of the current theme.
mobius1ski, I'm not clear on how W3TC is related to your blog being hacked? W3TC just cached the pages that your hacked WP install created. Any other caching plugin would do the same.
