I’m administering a trilingual WP site for a makeup school, with contact forms in English, Swedish and Norwegian. One of the forms is for users to register in our database of training models; their registrations go by mail to our administrator, who adds them to the database.

As it stands, though, the words that come in the email are the same as the words the users select, so instead of simply getting emails listing “Male” or “Female”, we end up with “Male”, “Female”, “Man”, “Kvinna”.

Is there any way to set up a form so that the form shows “Man” but in the email outputs “Male”, and so on?
