I am very new to CSS, but i like the font styling that wordpress.org uses in it's body copy - actually for the exact text that you are reading right now. I want to use this same styling of "Georgia" for my website which is based on the 1024px theme. But no matter how hard I've tried, i can't get it to match the look of the body copy text that you're reading right now. Any tips on how to code properly this type of font styling for the 1024px theme?

    thanks!

Do you use Firefox? If so, do you have the Developer's Toolbar? It's a fantastic tool for helping you learn about what is making a website work. You can view any page's CSS with it. Doing so, I see that this WordPress page is using 15px Georgia. Because of the cascading nature of CSS, you may need to adjust the size to make it match.

Can you give a url for your site? It's hard to say exactly what size you'll need without seeing it.

also have a look at firebug - you can change things on the fly to see what they'd look like.

The webdev toolbar allows changes on the fly as well.
