Any way to publish only from specific category?

I very much like the idea of your plugin and it does almost exactly what I need. The one thing I need that I am not seeing how to do with your plugin is to publish not from all posts (or pages) but only those posts in selected categories. Is this possible and I just missed it?

If not, can you think of a reasonable workaround? I am wanting to publish only from two of several categories.
