Any Way to Manage Prepurchased Balances?

    Hi, I am looking for a shopping cart plugin of some sort which can allow my users to buy service and then have the amount that they payed reduced until zero.

    So they buy $17 worth of service, and then we can go in every time we perform service and reduce the remaining available balance by the amount of service provided.

    Is there any sort of plugin that allows the purchase of of something like this? Some way to manage the balances of each user?
