any way to make seperate albums on a page?

Hi,
I want to be able to display album thumbnails on 1 page so when you click each thumbnail link it takes you to it’s own gallery. Is this possible? http://fatal-femme.net/new/portfolio/ as you can see I’m currently having to just use standard links.
