   So I have the main menu for my site but on a specific page, I want to have a menu within just that page to go to other things related to that specific page. This would be in addition to the normal top menu.

   Not sure if there's a plug-in that would let me do this or anything like that. I'd want something I can just hard code and then add to just the pages related to this one specific topic.

   Does that make sense?

   You can add a menu nearly anywhere you like with just a few lines of code. Here is an article by Justin Tadlock with a good explanation:

   If you do a Google search on 'wordpress add custom menu', you will get lots of other suggestions.
