I did a quick WordPress.org and general Google search but I can’t seem to find too much information. Is there any plugin or theme out there that gives each WordPress post it’s own “mini-forum”? It doesn’t have to be a full blown feature-rich thing, just wanted to take “comments” to WordPress Posts to the next level by letting people start their own sub-topics. In my particular use scenario, I want to have a movie-review site where each Post is my personal review of a single movie, and people can start whole separate discussions in a mini-forum format to organize things better than having 1000 “comments”.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the response WPyogi, but I think you misunderstood what I’m looking for exactly. I want to add a mini-forum to each wordpress post, within the post itself, so that instead of “comments” people can start topics within the post itself, that’s why I called it “mini-forums”. You know how BuddyPress has a forum for each “Group”? Well, I want a forum for each post on WordPress, so that I can organize conversations that way. I thought that use-scenario made it more explicit: say I want to create a movie review website where each WordPress post is my review of a single movie. Within each post, I want a mini-forum where users can start topics to discuss that movie, but with the flexibility of a “forum style” hierchy with topics list that expand to individual discussions.

Sorry, yes, I misunderstood that. I have not seen anything like that – hopefully someone else will :)!
